We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team.
The role involves handling initial inquiries and incidents reported by customers, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues such as password resets, software installations, and providing support for software and hardware.
The successful applicant will have a good understanding of networking and Microsoft 365, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
