This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company scaling its support operations. You’ll work at the front line of customer support—troubleshooting technical issues, responding to live alarms, and gaining early exposure to a wide portfolio of technologies.

After your initial 3-month training period in Manchester, this role becomes fully remote, working shifts on a 12-week rotating pattern.

What you’ll do:

• Be the first point of contact for technical issues – triaging and escalating as needed.
• Monitor alarm systems (PRTG, SolarWinds) and act on alerts.
• Perform user administration tasks and support systems like Avaya and Netsapiens.
• Gain a deep understanding of the tech stack within your first 3 months.
• Work across a 12-week rotating shift schedule, including overnights and weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with service desk platforms like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Salesforce.
• Comfortable working nights and weekends.
• SC Clearance eligibility (NPPV3) – must be able to pass UK vetting.
• Proactive, driven, and committed to career growth.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with VOIP/SIP trunking or virtualisation (VMware, Veeam).
• Previous service desk experience with organisations like Fujitsu or Capita.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £30,000 base salary
• 1:1 mentoring, structured training & promotion pathway

First 3 months based in Manchester (ideally 5 days/week, minimum 3).

After training: fully remote shift work – must remain within commuting distance of Manchester.
