Job description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing tech team, supporting networks, cloud services, infrastructure, and connectivity.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing 1st line technical support to clients
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Responding to client queries and service requests
  • Managing user accounts, passwords, and rights
  • Handling basic security administration
  • Diagnosing issues and explaining technical details clearly
  • Occasional onsite visits to clients
Candidate requirements:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server & Office 365
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA or higher education qualifications
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop support, mobile device support, and basic network troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Microsoft Group Policy, Azure AD Sync, and Azure AD Connect
  • Excellent English communication skills
