IT Support Engineer (1st Line Support)

A£25,000 to A£28,000 + Benefits Package
IT Support Engineer (1st Line) required by a really stable innovative IT MSP (Managed Service Provider) business based in modern offices in the centre of Bristol. As you will work closely with the Directors and competent 2nd & 3rd Line IT experts, your skills will develop quickly.
Candidates will need to have experience of 1st line IT Support. Microsoft 365 and SharePoint knowledge are key for this role.
The small and collaborative team are growing as the business is expanding. The job is really varied as you will deal with a wide range of IT issues. You will remain calm under pressure as you communicate with people to solve their IT problems.

The IT Support Engineer (1st Line) Role:
* 1st Line IT Technician role.
* You will support a wide range of users with a large array of IT issues.
* Working on the test bench fixing pcs and setting up new computers.
* You will be taking calls from clients, creating support tickets, fixing basic IT issues, and escalating as required.
* Working on up to 20 different IT tasks per day.
The IT Support Engineer (1st Line):
* 1st line IT support experience.
* Microsoft 365 and SharePoint knowledge are key for this role.
* Good customer service skills.
* Qualifications are not essential but are beneficial.
