Job description

An established Professional Services firm is seeking an experienced 1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their dynamic team to be part of a small IT team based on-site in their central London office.

The successful candidate will be based in their central London office and responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line support to approximately 200 staff. Duties will also include assisting with user account management, security protocols, and access permissions, maintaining accurate documentation as well as supporting ongoing system upgrades and deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

This role would suit an IT Support professional with some experience supporting ideally both Windows and Mac operating systems in a professional environment. It is also essential to have good knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory and a good understanding of network principles and basic IT security measures. Any experience of Mac OS and Windows Server would be highly beneficial, but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a key role within a fast-paced industry, offering a salary up to £33,000, depending on experience plus benefits including
