Job summary

Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an IT Support Technician in Norwich to join the internal IT team. You will provide day-to-day technical support to staff across multiple sites, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT equipment.

The role covers 1st/2nd line support, Windows, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, MFA, Intune, and Windows deployment. Office-based with travel to other sites as required.

Qualifications

• Previous 1st/2nd line IT Support or Helpdesk experience.
• Experience using IT service/helpdesk ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across the business.
• Resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Maintain IT equipment and ensure systems are secure and available.
• Assist with onboarding and leaver processes and inventory.
