Full-time: 35 hours per week, 5 over 7 days including weekends

The Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity in our hotel kitchen team, part of the University of Edinburgh, and are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate commis chef.

Have you got a passion for food? Are you looking to progress your career within a world class organisation and develop your culinary skills further? In this varied role your key duties will include preparing and cooking food for breakfast and lunch service. You will work both by yourself and assist other chefs during your shift, ensuring high quality dishes are served to all of our guests across our three properties, which have undergone significant investment and refurbishment.

  • Kitchen experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Prepare food for breakfast and lunch to the highest possible standards.
