Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. This is a flexible, location-based role outside traditional classrooms.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusted relationships, monitor progress, report safeguarding concerns, and collaborate with families and professionals to support positive outcomes for vulnerable students.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD/ ASD and challenging behaviour.
• Experience of trauma informed practice and ACEs.
• Experience supporting secondary age students.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
