Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate and adaptable practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. This role is based beyond traditional classrooms, focusing on safe, engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and work with families and regional teams to support re-engagement with education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience with Tourette's.

Responsibilities

• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
