Zusammenfassung

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting. You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of relevant experience, ASD/ADHD experience, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
Experience supporting young people with ASD and ADHD.
Experience with Personal Care.
Experience with OCD.
Experience of trauma-informed practice and supporting young people with ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Right to work in the UK
Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
