Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This community-based role requires creating safe, engaging learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trust, monitor progress, and work with families and regional teams to ensure consistency and safeguarding. A driving licence and UK work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
