1:1 Youth Support Practitioner (SEN/SEMH)

Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress and safeguarding, complete risk assessments, and collaborate with families, professionals, and regional teams to ensure consistent support for every learner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD/ ASD.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
