Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in community settings. This role goes beyond the classroom to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusted relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns. The position requires flexibility to work across locations and a commitment to consistent support

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with PDA and complex needs.
• Willing to support with intimate care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
