Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. The role focuses on engaging learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms and building trust with vulnerable learners.

You will deliver tailored sessions, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ASD and ADHD
• Experience supporting non-verbal young people with severe learning difficulties
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability (mornings) per week
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
