TeacherActive is seeking a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a mainstream secondary school in Hereford. You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student with autism and SEND, helping them engage with lessons and access the curriculum on a day-to-day basis.
The role is full-time, long-term with an immediate start, and offers market-rate pay. You will work closely with teachers to monitor progress and adapt strategies to the pupil’s needs.

The school is looking to take on a 1:1 Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant will work closely with a student with autism and SEND, providing individual support with their learning, engagement and development while helping them access the curriculum and school day.
