Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking a compassionate support worker to help a gentleman with a learning disability and autism live a happy, safe life at home and in the community.

You will provide 1:1 support at home and 2:1 in the community, enabling him to enjoy his interests and feel confident. You will build trusted relationships, maintain routines, and work with family and colleagues to ensure consistent, person-centred care.

Responsibilities
