Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a calm, patient Male Support Worker to support a gentleman in his 30s who is autistic and has learning disabilities. This is a 1:1 lone-working role, with a focus on daily routines, independence and safety.

The role involves helping with meals, medication, walks and transport, and building a trusting relationship over time. A competitive pay rate (£13.05 per hour plus £50 sleep-in) and flexible shifts are offered, along with training and career progression.
