The role requires a calm, patient and consistent approach, a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to learn, with shifts including early mornings and sleep-ins.

The role is part-time and involves 1:1 support in a community setting, with meaningful activities and strong team backing.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required to drive company cars.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable caring attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow routines.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 support to one individual.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support engagement in community outings and visits.
