Job summary

Brook Street in the United Kingdom is recruiting Male and Female Support Workers to provide 2:1 support for an individual with autism and learning disabilities who is transitioning to independent living.

The role focuses on building confidence, developing daily living skills, routines, and enabling community engagement with no personal care or medication administration required.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting

Male and Female Support Workers

to provide 2:1 support for an individual with

Autism and Learning Disabilities

who is transitioning into their own bungalow and taking positive steps towards greater independence.

This is a rewarding community-based role where you will support the individual to build confidence, develop daily living skills, establish routines, and engage with activities both at home and within the local community. The individual is relatively independent, enjoys being active, and benefits from consistent, person-centred support.

No personal care or medication administration is required.

Shift Patterns Available

Day Shifts: 11:00am - 5:00pm

Waking Nights: 8:00pm - 8:00am

Sleep-In Shifts

(additional allowance payable)

• Additional hours may be available as the support package develops

Key Responsibilities
