Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in Worcester is seeking a confident, proactive Support Worker to join a small team providing 1:1 and occasional 2:1 support for a gentleman in his 50s with brain injury living independently.

You'll help with personal care, meal prep, mobility and engaging activities, while creating a trusted relationship and promoting independence, safety, and wellbeing in daily life and community outings.

Qualifications

• Experience in support work is helpful but not essential.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a small team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to personalised support needs.

Responsibilities

• Support personal care and daily living tasks.
• Meal preparation and basic nutrition guidance.
• Administering medication as required and under supervision.
