You will help with daily routines, personal care and community activities while staying flexible for changing needs. It offers 37.5 hours per week, a pay rate of £14.66 per hour plus £50 for each sleep-in, plus mileage and

Qualifications

• Experience is helpful, but not essential — full training will be provided.
• Driver is essential, especially if using your own car with business insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines, personal care and household tasks.
• Encourage independence and respect personal space.
• Support community activities, hobbies and social events.
• Build a strong, trusting and positive relationship with the individual.
• Be flexible and responsive to changing needs.
• Occasionally work across nearby services to share knowledge and experience.
