Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with various needs, including trauma and learning difficulties.
• 1:1 teaching assistant experience is advantageous.
• Energetic, talented and ambitious with the ability to inspire and support learning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to a child with additional needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement learning plans.
• Help maintain a stimulating and welcoming learning environment for the pupil.
