Job summary

Class Mate Education Limited is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at an NG3 primary school. You will provide consistent individual support to help the pupil access learning and feel confident within the classroom.

This role offers a daily rate of £100–£105, a September start, and the chance to make a direct, lasting difference. You will work closely with the class teacher and SEND team, using targeted strategies to promote

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND.
• Experience with ASD is desirable.
• Understanding of individualised support strategies.
• Patient, consistent and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD
