Job summary

An educational support organization in Crediton seeks a part-time Secondary Outreach Tutor to create and deliver personalized lessons aimed at reengaging pupils who have been out of education. Qualifications

• Must possess UK classroom teaching experience.
• Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box.
• Experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver tailored 1:1 lessons to boost engagement.
• Reengage pupils who have been out of education.
• Work closely with Prospero Teaching to monitor pupil progression.
