East Riding of Yorkshire Council's Cowick CE Primary School in East Cowick is hiring a part-time Teaching Assistant for 1:1 support in Reception. The role runs term-time pro rata with 28.75 hours weekly and grades 3B pay scale.

You will work closely with teachers, SEND staff, parents and external professionals to tailor support to the child's needs, building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing, learning and inclusion.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
• Experience of working with children with SEND including autism and ADHD.
• Ability to support children's learning, development and well-being.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
• Willingness to contribute positively to the life and values of the school.
• Experience supporting children with speech, language and communication needs.
• Knowledge of strategies that support communication, emotional regulation and inclusion.

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a named child in Reception.
