Job summary

You will provide targeted support for pupils with SEN, work across year groups and collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to foster an inclusive classroom environment.

• Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and staff to meet individual needs.
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Promote pupils' social, emotional and academic development.
• Adapt support strategies to meet individual needs.
