Job summary

Affinity Partnerships are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to assist pupils with SEND, helping overcome barriers to learning both in and outside of school.

You will work one-to-one or in groups, using a range of strategies to support students and model professional integrity, with a focus on improving behaviour and personal skills. This role requires eligibility to work in the UK and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Develop 1:1 mentoring relationships with identified students.
• Work alongside teachers and support staff to promote effective behaviour strategies.
• Support pupils to raise self-esteem and social skills.
• Monitor progress in improving behaviour.
• Show strong behaviour management techniques.

Responsibilities
