Affinity Partnerships are recruiting a strong SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEND, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. You will work 1:1 or in groups, using strategies to manage behaviour and act with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEND.
• Ability to work 1:1 or in groups.
• Develop and use strategies to manage challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Develop a 1:1 mentoring relationship with identified students.
• Work alongside teachers and support staff to promote behaviour management strategies.
• Support pupils with personal and social skills and monitor progress.
