Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support a student with SEN in Southall. The role runs 8:30am–4:30pm in a school and community settings, providing consistent routines and emotional regulation support to help the pupil engage with learning.

The successful candidate will be patient, resilient and proactive, able to work across different environments and commit to long-term impact and development of the student’s progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEN needs.
• Ability to support 1:1 with students.
• Commitment to long-term impact and development.

• Support emotional regulation and behaviour management.
