This role is centred around building trust, providing consistency and helping a pupil feel confident within their school environment. You'll work closely with the pupil throughout the day, supporting their learning, communication, emotional regulation and independence.
The ideal candidate will understand the importance of patience, consistency and trust when supporting an autistic pupil.

Experience working with Autism is desirable, although transferable experience within care, residential support, psychology, youth work or similar settings will also be considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
