As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will serve as a key technical expert throughout the entire customer journey—from initial engagement and solution design to implementation and ongoing support. Covering a regional territory including France and surrounding markets, you will bridge the gap between commercial and technical teams, ensuring customer success through tailored solutions, expert guidance, and hands-on support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in determining the appropriate solution by understanding their detailed application
  • Act as the technical point of contact during the sales process
  • Deliver product presentation, demos and technical consultations
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and close deals
  • Assist customers with product integration, configuration and optimization
  • Provide training, documentation and technical support
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights into product development
  • Manage technical aspects of customer projects from concept to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Support the setting up of trade shows and actively participate during the event
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years engineering or technical sales experience
  • Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT or related field
  • Solid experience with customer facing technical support
  • Knowledge of Android, Android Enterprise, Endpoint management systems, Linux, Windows and hardware in retail POS and Digital Signage
