We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across France region. Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and revenue growth across the France region;
  • Craft and execute regional sales strategies aligned with QUALCO’s vision;
  • Engage with C-level executives to deliver compelling ROI-driven value propositions;
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, events, and strategic partnerships;
  • Maintain deep knowledge of QUALCO’s solutions and market trends;
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction;
  • Represent QUALCO at industry conferences and thought leadership events;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy;
  • Actively ensuring compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all applicable regulations, identifying and reporting potential risks related to bribery and corruption, and promoting ethical behavior by participating in and encouraging continuous training and awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of proven sales leadership experience in Fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software;
  • Track record of delivering strong performance in business development;
  • Experience in collections, credit risk, or financial risk management is a plus;
  • Ability to articulate ROI and business value to senior executives;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude;
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the France region;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
