• Collaborate cross-functionally with policy, quality assurance, and global operations teams.

• Full professional fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher)

• Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence especially when navigating sensitive content
• Ability to inspire trust, manage team dynamics, and deliver under pressure
