Job summary
A technology support company in Nantes is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative. You will communicate with customers to resolve issues, provide troubleshooting for mobile devices, and ensure high satisfaction. The ideal candidate is fluent in French, has strong communication skills, and preferably some prior support experience. Relocation support and competitive salary offered.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email.
- Track and follow cases to ensure timely closures.
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction representing a major brand
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones tablets & more)
- Assist customers to manage / secure their account & passwords
- Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Fluency in French
- Intermediate English
- Familiarity with iOS and / or MacOS or comparable technology is preferred
- Great communication skills
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills
