A technology support company in Nantes is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative. You will communicate with customers to resolve issues, provide troubleshooting for mobile devices, and ensure high satisfaction. What you will do

• Communicate with customers via phone chat & e-mail
• Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain high customer satisfaction representing a major brand
• Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones tablets & more)
• Assist customers to manage / secure their account & passwords
• Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
• Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
• Maintain high customer satisfaction

What you will bring

• Fluency in French
• Intermediate English
• Familiarity with iOS and / or MacOS or comparable technology is preferred
• Great communication skills
• Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting skills
