Une entreprise de dermatologie recherche un Gestionnaire Vigilance, Information Médicale et Réclamation Qualité Produit. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des cas de vigilance et des réclamations qualité pour garantir la conformité réglementaire. Une formation en vigilance et un bon niveau en anglais sont requis. Ce poste est basé à La Défense, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, et combine autonomie et travail d'équipe.

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Vigilance et Information Médicale, et en collaboration avec la Pharmacienne Affaires Réglementaires Qualité, vous participez aux activités de vigilance, d’information médicale, de gestion des réclamations Qualité Produit ainsi qu’au suivi des échantillons.
Vous gérez les signalements de cas de vigilance, les demandes d’information médicale et les réclamations Qualité Produit de GALDERMA Opérations France, via la boîte email générique (tri, réponses aux demandeurs et/ou transmission aux autres membres de l’équipe).
