A leading company in HR located in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR management experience and strong leadership skills. You will oversee talent management, performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide HR advice.
- Oversee talent management and performance management.
- Implement performance evaluation and incentive programs.
- Manage employee relations issues and HR operations.

- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals and strategies, providing strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to understand business needs and provide strategic HR advice and solutions.
- Take charge of talent management and performance management, including recruitment, selection, development, and retention of high-quality employees.
- Develop and implement performance evaluation and incentive programs to facilitate employee growth and motivation.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
- Provide employee training and development plans to support career growth and continuing education.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations and maintain best practices.
- Lead and guide the HR team to ensure efficient execution of their functions.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
