You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:
- Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals.
- Utilize infrastructure such as CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing, which are all handled for you.
- Operate under a credible, modern brand that opens doors.
- Be part of a community of like-minded recruitment partners.
This opportunity is for proven recruiters who want more control, ownership, and reward. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment.
