Permanent contract - Masterdata Coordinator (M/F/X)

The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
Ensure the maintenance of data quality and integrity
- Create, modify, and coordinate Master Data according to the rules established within the company
- Promote awareness, unity, and education of teams regarding Master Data and Data Governance
- Act as the key contact for managing the lifecycle of items and components (BOM) from end to end
Ensure processes, procedures, and operating modes
- Unite employees around existing processes, procedures, and operating modes
- Structure, write, and adjust necessary documentation
- Strengthen the "backup"
Measure performance
- Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor Master Data actions, control data quality and integrity
- Be proactive and contribute to the construction of Master Data KPIs/analyses (both ad hoc and recurring)
Drive change
- Be proactive and structure change management
- Develop and manage the Data Community
- Promote data culture and awareness within the organization and collaborate with various departments (Finance, Category Management, Business Intelligence, IT, etc.)
Project Management & AMOA
- Act as a reference for Master Data Projects (development of MDM tools, cross-functional IT/Data projects, and Supply Chain projects)
- AMOA (Assistance to Project Management) for the evolution of Master Data tools

- A Graduate degree in Data Management, Supply Chain, or a Specialized Master's (Engineering or Business School)
- At least 5 years of successful experience in Supply Chain, Master Data Management, or as a Product Owner Data & Tools
- Known for your rigor, analytical and organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Curious, altruistic, and able to thrive in a dynamic and stimulating environment
- A strong interest in data, reporting, operational management, and customer service
- An understanding of client needs and sensitivity to the cosmetics sector
- Excellent proficiency in the Office Suite (advanced levels of Excel and PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge and mastery of ERP (SAP), PIM, Power BI, PLM, and other Master Data Management tools
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- A CSCP (APICS), CDMP, and/or PL-300 certification is a plus
