Your responsibilities

You’ll work as a team with Laëtitia, our other People Ops Specialist!

People Operations missions (4 days / week)

1. Own the compensation and benefits process
2. Global Compensation
3. Externalized payroll for Germany, UK and Singapore
4. Internalized payroll for France & the US
5. Process optimization
6. Review and approve all expenses submitted by employees
7. Build, maintain, and enhance the administrative experience at UpSlide (such as contract building) - we have recently implemented Lucca as our HRIS
8. Collaborate with external stakeholders (Urssaf, Health insurances, Payroll providers, Lawyers…) to maintain efficient and consistent processes
9. Responsible for key information centralization at a global level
10. Knowledge management : maintain UpSlide’s policies up to date
11. Document all People Ops processes
12. Be a trusted advisor to employees and managers by handling questions related to policies and processes; handle sensitive employee information with discretion
13. Ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience, supporting employees throughout their journey

Projects (1 day / week)

Partner with department heads and managers on opportunities to improve the employee experience and overall efficiency across the company

Identify, recommend, and implement company policies, programs, and processes to enact changes that preserve our culture while helping us evolve to support business and employee growth

Responsible for the smooth running of our global onboarding

Your objectives

You are a great fit if you have :

1. 3 years of experience in a similar role
2. Experience with internalized payroll in France (worked with Silae before)
3. Worked in an international environment
4. A fluent level in French and a good level of English
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Proven organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

But also if :

1. You are proactive and team-oriented
2. You enjoy helping people and solving problems autonomously
3. You are very thorough and analytical
