Team Assistant – International Environment (Medical Devices & Pharma)

Location: Boulogne-Billancourt (on site)

Bilingual English required

Contract: Permanent – Full Time

Our client, a leading international group in the medical devices and pharmaceutical sector, is looking to hire a Team Assistant to support their European teams.

This role is ideal for an experienced Team Assistant with a strong sense of service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.

You will report directly to the HR Director and collaborate closely with international teams, while also providing support to the Head of Marketing for Europe.

Responsibilities include coordinating complex schedules, organizing local and international meetings (including video and conference calls), arranging travel logistics, and managing daily administrative tasks.

Support the team in creating, formatting, and proofreading presentations and documents.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Team Assistant in an international environment
• Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
