L’ offre est à pourvoir au sein de l’équipe Fund Finance Co-Investissement, composée de 5 personnes. La mission consiste à assurer le suivi des structures d’investissement dédiées à l’activité Co-investissement et en particulier les aspects suivants :
Préparation trimestrielle des valorisations et calcul de l’actif net
Analyse et reporting de la performance des portefeuilles d’actifs et des fonds d’investissement
Suivi et contrôle des flux financiers : investissements, désinvestissements, charges
Gestion de la trésorerie et calibrage des appels/distributions investisseurs
Contrôle et validation des états comptables et financiers des fonds d’investissement
Production de reportings règlementaires, commerciaux et internes
Implication dans la levée et structuration de nouveaux fonds ou entités intermédiaires
Esprit d’équipe

Master en Finance ou équivalent
Une première expérience en cabinet d’audit, contrôle financier ou finance est appréciée
Maîtrise du pack office et appétence pour les outils
