As a Quantitative Analyst with a specialization in IFRS, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports Younited’s financial steering and public reporting. This position is of strategic importance, especially following Younited’s IPO, as the company must now meet the highest standards of transparency and compliance in financial disclosures.
This role uniquely combines business acumen with data and analytical skills. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Risk, and Data Engineering to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and auditability of financial data.
Your responsibilities- DATA MODELING & GOVERNANCE
- Design and implement robust data models, ensuring alignment with IFRS standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Work proactively to incorporate evolving business processes and regulatory changes into data model structures.
- OWNERSHIP & DELIVERY
- Take full ownership of IFRS-related data products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability.
- Participate directly to bi-yearly financial reporting, business planning definition and monitoring of business KPIs.
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality, alerting stakeholders promptly to potential issues.
- ETL / ELT DEVELOPMENT
- Build, maintain, and optimize secure and reliable data pipelines following industry best practices.
- Ensure data transformations meet the needs of Finance and Risk teams.
- BI & REPORTING
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reports to support IFRS financial analysis and external reporting.
- Work with Finance and Risk stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- STATISTICAL ANALYSIS
- Perform statistical analyses to support strategic financial decisions.
- Collaborate with Risk and Finance teams on predictive modeling and scenario analysis.
- CROSS-TEAM COLLABORATION
- Work closely with Finance, Risk, and Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.
- Clearly document analyses, methodologies, and decisions, ensuring replicability and transparency.
About you- Background in financial services, banking, or insurance, particularly with exposure to financial reporting or risk management.
- At least 3 years of experience, with proven analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IFRS or other regulatory reporting frameworks is a plus, not a must.
- Strong interest in data analytics and software development, even if not previously your main focus.
- No prior experience with advanced development tools is required—training and mentorship will be provided during onboarding.
