Role Overview

The Investor Relations – Financial Data Analyst will act as the bridge between the IR and Fund Finance Team, reporting to Investor Relations, ensuring the accuracy, availability, and transparency of financial data delivered to senior management and the Investor Relations team. The role requires analysis and reporting of portfolio and fund valuations and financial performance, ensuring quality of the financial data delivered to investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the reliability and accessibility of financial data for the Executive Management and Investor Relations teams.
  • Act as a bridge between Fund Finance & IR team to maintain communication on key events that may impact funds’ NAV.
  • Coordinate with the Fund Finance team to help/produce financial and quarterly reports for funds, covering performance metrics, ratios, valuations, risk assessments, and exit scenarios.
  • Oversee first-level controls and checks related to internal procedures to maintain data quality and accuracy.
  • Keep all ARCHIMED’s Investor Relations files up to date and accurate (these files include all financial and non-financial data at the portfolio, fund, and GP level and form the basis of all ARCHIMED Investor Relations messages).
  • Gather and ensure the accuracy of information and conduct an internal audit of this information before it is communicated to investors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably from an audit firm, reflecting a strong finance/auditor profile.
  • Solid analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Excel.
  • Good understanding of investment vehicle structures, valuation processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with management and investment teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
