Creative Fabrica is seeking a YouTube Creator to own and grow its YouTube channel from Amsterdam HQ. You’ll identify topics, develop concepts, produce videos, and optimize formats with the Video Editor, Graphic Designer, and Motion Designers.
You’ll test formats, write scripts, and present on camera as needed to drive reach and engagement. The role emphasizes high output, aggressive experimentation, and ownership of the channel strategy, with a strong focus on AI-related content and creative
Qualifications
- 2+ years of creator experience in YouTube or digital video
- Deep YouTube fluency: CTR, retention, watch time, algo signals
- Proven organic results from independent videos
- Strong packaging instincts: titles, thumbnails, formats
- Scripting and on-camera storytelling with clear English
- Obsessed with platform trends and rapid experimentation
- Ability to own concepts and publish with high velocity
Responsabilités
- Own the channel and grow audience, reach and views
- Set and evolve the YouTube content strategy
- Develop concepts end to end from idea to publication
- Create videos about AI, creative workflows and tech
- Write compelling scripts with strong hooks
- Be the face of the channel on video when appropriate
- Direct the creative team (editor, designers, motion graphics)
- Publish at high velocity and repurpose content across Shorts
