Creative Fabrica is seeking a Video Editor to join our Amsterdam HQ team. You’ll turn raw footage and demos into engaging videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, launches, and campaigns, while embracing AI-powered tools to speed up production.

You will work closely with Educational Content Producers, Motion Designers, and Product Marketing to craft compelling educational content and social assets. This is a high-output, in-office role requiring strong editorial decisions and fast iteration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of editing experience in video editing, content production or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro.
• Retention-focused editorial instincts and storytelling craft.
• Experience editing across long-form and short-form formats for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram.
• Ability to make independent editing decisions without detailed instructions.
• High production velocity with multiple edits and variations.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and strong English communication.

Responsabilités

• Edit video for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, product launches, educational content, campaigns and partnerships.
• Transform raw footage, screen recordings, voiceovers and demonstrations into polished videos.
• Adapt content for different platforms, formats, audiences and aspect ratios.
• Create compelling openings and maintain viewer attention through pacing, cuts, and graphics.
• Produce a high volume of quality videos weekly and repurpose longer content into shorter clips.
• Test different hooks and edits using retention data to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Educational Content Producer and designers to integrate motion graphics and visuals.
• Explore AI-powered production tools to speed up workflows and expand creative possibilities.
• Build templates, presets, and repeatable production processes.
