Jobgether is seeking an AI Video Creator & Editor in France to own end-to-end creatives for direct-response ads on Meta and TikTok. You will generate AI footage, edit scripts and raw clips, and produce multiple variations with hooks and clear CTAs.

You’ll work remotely with a UK-aligned schedule, collaborate with Creative Strategists, and leverage AI tools and established workflows to deliver high-volume, on-brief assets while keeping revisions low.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in creative or video production with a portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut and After Effects.
• Experience with asset management tools like Frame.io/Drive.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsabilités

• Generate AI video assets for Meta and TikTok ads, including talking-head clips and product scenes.
• Develop and refine prompts, reference images, and generation settings; maintain a reusable prompts library.
• Edit high-volume direct-response ads by mixing AI footage with scripts and raw footage.
• Create hooks, pacing, subtitles, pattern interrupts, demos, offers, and CTAs.
• Produce multiple variations of concepts and test different hooks and scenes.
• Maintain visual consistency across characters and assets; quality-check AI content.
• Add motion graphics with After Effects or equivalent; ensure brand compliance.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to meet briefs and integrate feedback.
• Keep project files organized in Drive/Frame.io; manage assets and feedback.
• Stay updated on AI video models and workflows; test new tools.
