Creative Fabrica is seeking an X Channel Manager to lead our presence on X, growing reach, views, engagement and audience. You will own the account daily—creating original posts, reacting to developments, engaging with creators and AI companies, and experimenting with formats.

This role offers significant creative freedom, collaboration with designers, and a goal to make Creative Fabrica a standout voice on the platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of channel experience managing X/Twitter or similar social accounts.
• Deep understanding of X culture, mechanics, and content spread.
• Excellent copywriting and ability to hook with few words.
• Fast thinker with good judgment on when to be bold.
• Independent creative drive to develop original content ideas.
• Data-informed mindset with comfort analyzing analytics.
• Genuine interest in AI, startups, and internet culture.

Responsabilités

• Own the account - build impressions, engagement and audience presence on X.
• Develop a distinctive voice for the account and experiment with tone, formats, hooks, timing and visuals.
• Create X-native content - publish posts, threads, replies, memes and product demonstrations, daily activity.
• Ride the news cycle - follow AI, tech and creator conversations and turn relevant news into content.
• Join the conversation - engage with AI creators and influential accounts in useful, funny or provocative ways.
• Show off our AI products - demonstrate capabilities without turning the account into ads.
• Build recurring formats - develop recognizable themes and content series with the team.
• Turn launches into moments - collaborate with Product Marketing for native launch moments.
• Learn from the data - monitor metrics and iterate on successful posts.
• Build relationships - grow connections with influential AI accounts and monitor industry attention.
