Creative Fabrica seeks a TikTok Channel Manager to own and grow its TikTok presence from Amsterdam HQ. You will personally create, present, and publish videos, turning products and AI features into engaging content with fast iteration.

You will explore trends, craft bold concepts, and build recurring formats while collaborating with our design and marketing teams to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of short-form content creation, including TikTok or similar.
• Proven organic views and engagement from your videos.
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, hooks, pacing and storytelling.
• Confident on camera with a distinctive personal style.
• Ability to take ideas from concept to publication with basic editing.
• Willingness to publish frequently and learn from data.
• Strong AI interest and excellent English skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the channel and grow Creative Fabrica's TikTok views, reach and audience.
• Create and appear on camera, publish TikTok content consistently.
• Develop original concepts around AI, creativity and trends.
• Catch trends early and turn them into content for our audience.
• Hook people fast with strong formats and evolving series.
• Show off our AI products in creative, non-advertising ways.
• Publish at high velocity and test many ideas.
• Learn from data: monitor metrics and double down on winners.
• Engage with comments and collaborate with the team on launches.
