Hill Robinson seeks an experienced Yacht Manager to lead the Yacht Operations Department. You will be the principal liaison with captains, owners, and crew, manage budgets, insurance, and compliance, and supervise crew administration and vendor relations.

The role requires excellent English, working French, and strong MS Office skills. Based in Antibes, you will coordinate across teams to deliver trusted, efficient service while upholding Hill Robinson’s standards and values.

Qualificações

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of French; written is an advantage.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom).
• Ability to prepare clear reports and executive summaries.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as principal liaison with captains, crew and owner representatives.
• Monitor yacht position, budgets, charters and owner planning; anticipate needs.
• Visit yachts in person when possible and coordinate with Yacht Finance on budgets.
