Job summary

Hill Robinson Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Antibes to manage the full recruitment cycle for our maritime operations. You will source, screen, interview and onboard candidates while liaising with yacht owners, captains and representatives to meet client needs.

You will build talent pools, manage SLAs, and ensure a positive employer experience while achieving monthly and yearly placement targets. Occasional travel to industry events may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Ability to build relationships with yacht owners, owner’s representatives, captains and HODs.
• Understand and meet KPIs and targets.
• Experience onboarding candidates and managing candidate lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Source and sift candidate applications and respond within SLAs.
• Conduct telephone/Zoom or in-person interviews to identify best-fit candidates.
• Maintain Hill Robinson database with client/candidate and job information.
• Assist other recruitment consultants and cover key positions when required.
• Ensure recruitment processes deliver a high-standard employer experience.
